Leaks of the new Redmi K40 that will arrive on February 25

Suara.com – Series Redmi k40 confirmed to slide February 25 in China. Ahead of its launch, Xiaomi re-leaked the specifications of the new cellphone.

As reported Gizmochina, Monday (22/2/2021), the official Xiaomi account displays the latest posters on the Chinese microblogging site, Weibo. The teaser poster says Redmi K40 will come with a 4,520mAh capacity battery.

Unfortunately, until now Xiaomi still doesn’t want to reveal more specifications. However, it is believed that the Redmi K40 series will come with variants, namely the regular model and the Pro model.

For the Redmi K40 Pro, the cellphone is confirmed to use Qualcomm’s latest processor, Snapdragon 888. While the regular variant is strengthened by a smaller chipset, Snapdragon 870.

According to China’s TENAA certification, the Redmi K40 and K40 Pro have dimensions of 163.7 × 76.4 × 7.8mm. While the front screen is AMOLED measuring 6.67 inches, selfie camera in the form of a punch, and a refresh rate of 120Hz.

On the camera side, Redmi K40 Pro is believed to have a four-camera setup with a 108MP main sensor. While the regular Redmi K40 variant is said to have a 64MP main sensor.

Both phones will run the Android 11 operating system. According to information from the 3C page, they will also be supported by 33W fast charging technology.

Previous information stated that the Redmi K40 does not include a charging adapter in the cellphone box, similar to the sales strategy on the Mi 11 last December.

Furthermore, the Redmi K40 Pro is said to be one of the cheapest Snapdragon 888 phones in the world. The price of the smartphone is believed to be 2,999 yuan or Rp. 6.4 million.
