The specifications of the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G are similar to the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite but different cameras.
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The boss of Xiaomi confirmed several specifications that will be in Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G. Lu Weibing confirmed that the device will be powered by a Snapdragon 750G chipset.
An unofficial image circulating on Weibo leaked the main specs of another Note 9 pro 5g which includes a 6.68-inch LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate. This device will be equipped with a 4,820mAh capacity battery with 33W fast charging, NFC, a headphone jack and an IR blaster.
Reporting from GSMArena, Tuesday (24/11), these specifications match the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite. This confirms the upcoming Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G is another brand-changing endeavor. The only difference to be expected is that the main camera will be the 108MP camera on the Note 9 Pro 5G, not the 64MP main shooter on the Mi 10T Lite.
The official Redmi Note 9 pro 5G box also appeared for the first time thanks to another Weibo post from Lu Weibing over the weekend. The box features colorful designs and cartoon character artwork.
In related news, the Redmi Note 9 5G is spotted in the Geekbench list, which confirms that it is supported by the Dimensity 800U chipset (code name) and 8GB RAM. The phone manages 598 points in single-core testing and 1,793 points in multi-core department.
A more affordable alternative to the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G is expected to pack a 6.53-inch LCD with FHD + resolution and a punch hole camera, 48MP main camera and 5,000mAh battery. It is also rumored to be launched globally as the Redmi Note 9T.
There is also talk of the Xiaomi Mi Watch Lite which is rumored to be official as the Redmi Watch alongside the Note 9 series as hinted at by another Weibo post from Lu Weibing.
