The German website “WinFuture” on technical news revealed the specifications of the “Galaxy S21 Ultra”, as it comes with a 6.8-inch screen, which is one-tenth of an inch smaller than the S20 Ultra, and this is because the panel in the new model is mostly flat and the images show the back flat as well. Reducing curvature means that the new Ultra will be the same size as the old despite the smaller screen like the S21.
The phone will have a Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with a resolution of 1440 pixels + (20: 9), a density of 515 pixels per inch, and Samsung will adhere to 120 Hz as the highest refresh rate, but the screen is said to be very energy efficient thanks to the adaptive refresh rate feature.
It will be extremely bright as well, with a peak brightness of 1,600 nits, and will be protected by Gorilla Glass Victus.
For the camera, the Ultra model will come with a quad-camera setup, including an updated 108 megapixel 1 / 1.33 sensor with OIS, unlike the 2020 model, and the new device will use a Laser AF sensor, and then there is a 12 MP ultra-wide unit with 1.4 μm pixels.

The “Galaxy S21 Ultra” will be powered by the Exynos 2100 chipset, and the CPU will have a core of 2.9 GHz, 3 high-performance cores at a frequency of 2.8 GHz, and 4 small cores at 2.4 GHz.
The S21 series is expected to be unveiled in mid-January, and it seems that Samsung will officially announce Exynos 2100 on January 12, two days before the Unpacked event for the Galaxy S series, and the company has also revealed hints confirming the Ultra phone’s support for the S Pen.
In Europe, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will come with an Exynos 2100 processor, and the price is expected to be around 1,400 euros, equivalent to $ 1715.95.
The phone will contain 12 GB of RAM, and storage capacity will be optional between: 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB.
