Around 8 p.m. on Saturday, a resident of Türkenfeld reported that blood might be dripping from the loading area of a semi-trailer. The trailer of a company from the district of Günzburg was parked in the street “Am Härtl”, whereby the driver could not be found. “After informing the police and the rescue service, the red liquid could not be determined precisely. Since blood could not be ruled out, the locked trailer was opened by the fire brigade,” the officials’ report says. According to the police, there was only a large amount of bulky waste. When the trailer was unloaded by the technical relief agency, a red bucket of paint that had spilled appeared. “In the end, only the street had to be cleaned,” the officials’ report concludes. (pm)
