The pictures and manual of the first item, which will be part of the collector’s edition of Starfield, seem to have escaped. The smart watch called Chronomark LPV6 seems to have been designed by the British props The Wand Company, and its appearance really resembles the stylization of Starfield. In addition to the name Chronomark, there is also the inscription “Est 2188”, which indicates that Chronomark is a company in Starfield.
According to the instructions that were discovered on Starfield subreddit, the watch appears to be an Android device with the ability to connect to smartphones via Bluetooth. The features of the watch that are mentioned in the draft manual include a barometer, weather information, and information about sunrise and sunset and the phase of the moon. According to speculation, it could be the same watch that could be seen for a moment during the behind-the-scenes video “Into the Starfield: The Journey Begins”. So it can be assumed that the smart watch will be part of the Starfield collector’s edition, which will probably be revealed sometime in the future as the game approaches its release date. However, my pessimistic self can’t shake the feeling that it can only be a standalone supplement that may not be part of any Starfield edition.
Behind the watch is the aforementioned The Wand Company, which specializes in creating functional devices that look like props from movies, TV shows and games. She has worked with Bethesda in the past, such as releasing cast Fallout vehicle models, including the Fusion Flea and the Nuka Cola delivery truck.
