Leaked iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max Supported by Responsive iOS 16

Jakarta, CNN Indonesia

iPhone The 14 Pro and Pro Max are leaking again ahead of the launch next month.

A mobile phone activist, Mark Gurman quoted from The VergeApple is said to be introducing the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max with a more responsive iOS 16.

Gurman said the new iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max embed the same battery-saving technology as the Apple Watch Series 5. However, the screen technology has yet to be revealed. Predicted already using the screen low-temperature polycrystalline oxide (LTPO) for dynamic refresh rate features.

This dynamic refresh rate is recognized to change according to activity on the phone.

This low-power display plays a big role in making always on mode work properly, as it’s made to keep the device from draining battery power.

Earlier iPhone 13 Pro models were rumored to feature an “always on display” screen, but that feature was apparently removed before the device launched in September 2021.

The iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max are the first iPhones to come with a 120Hz ProMotion display, enabled by the adoption of variable refresh rate LTPO panel technology.

A number of Android devices already support the always on display mode, and it’s common to see the time, battery level, widgets, and more, all while the phone remains locked.

Gurman expects iOS 16 to come with similar functionality, including wallpapers with “widget-like capabilities.”

The always on display screen is not the only feature that is said to be exclusive to the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max, aka it is still a new feature that will be available in the latest series.

Apple will announce a number of other changes at the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) which is getting closer to June 6-10, 2022.

In line with previous predictions, Gurman believes Apple can introduce improved windowing and multitasking features on the iPad.

He cited findings from developer Steve Troughton-Smith, who recently discovered Apple was working on a feature that would allow users to freely resize windows.

Gurman predicts Apple will change the System Preferences menu to make it more like the Settings app on iOS.

However, Gurman reminded that if the prediction of the iPhone 14 is not really valid, we still have to wait for the launch in September 2022, quoted Mac Rumors.
