Leaked: Atlus employee accidentally reveals upcoming Persona games ahead of Xbox Showcase

After the huge success of Persona 5 Royal, and then Persona 5 Strikers, and its presentation of a unique experience that made them one of the best role-playing games, players were eagerly awaiting the introduction of a new part, especially after 3 years have passed since the last part of the series was released. Recent leaks indicated that Atlus is already working on a new part of the series, and it was indicated that it would be a remake of the third part, and it would be revealed during Xbox Showcase On the 11th of June. But it seems that an Atlus employee hastened to reveal it two days before the Xbox event.

While everyone was preoccupied with the disappointing Summer Game Fest event, the official posted on The official atlus_west Instagram account Two video clips of the two upcoming Persona games were accidentally then quickly deleted, but it was too late as some social media users especially Twitter users got hold of the two videos and posted them.

The first game that was revealed in the two videos is the remake of the third part of the series, which will bear the name Persona 3 Reload, as indicated by the leaks, and it will be released sometime in the beginning of 2024, and you can see its presentation above. The second game was a subsection of the series, namely Persona 5 Tactics It is a strategy game from the series similar to the game XCOM and will be released on November 17, 2023.

At the end of the two videos, it was revealed that the two games are coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Xbox Game Pass from day one, while the rest of the platforms were not mentioned. Which means they’re Xbox exclusives, which is unlikely, or the two videos are for the Xbox Showcase event, which is likely.

Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Tactica will be officially revealed at the Xbox Showcase event that will take place on June 11 at 8 pm Egypt and Saudi Arabia time, but now the surprise has been burned for everyone.
