United States (US) smart device manufacturer Apple rumored to be holding a product launch this month, on March 23, 2021. The event will introduce several new products including AirPods 3, iPad Pro as well as AirTags.
The leaker from China said that March 23 will be held an Apple Special Event. Until now there has been no official information from Apple regarding the event.
Some of the products expected to be released at the event are Air Tags, new iPads, and new AirPods. Apple is also expected to release the latest iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, watchOS and Mac OS updates which are currently in Beta.
Apple’s latest generation of earbuds will reportedly be similar to the AirPods Pro and come with spatial audio support as well as a touch control feature.
This special event is rumored to be held online, because there has been no physical activity like in the previous year, because the Covid-19 pandemic has not subsided, as reported. Macrumors.
Apple is also rumored to be launching an AirTags tracking accessory which is expected to be announced in 2020. But so far no mention was made at the Apple event, it was quoted CNET.
Apple product launch history
Last fall Apple launched a new Mac product powered by the self-designed M1 chip, the iPhone 12 variant, the Apple Watch 6 and several new iPad models.
Several Apple events are held almost regularly every year. Last year, for example, Apple launched three launches in three months.
IPad and Apple Watch launch in September, Iphone 12 in October and Apple Silicon Mac in November, it was reported 9to5mac.
Apple postponed the spring event in 2020 due to the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. But Apple announced the new iPad Pro, Magic Keyboard, and MacBook Air via a press release in March.
Followed by the second generation iPhone SE through a press release in April.
If March 23 is the day of the launch, Apple has typically started distributing invitations to the event either this week or the following week.
