Leader Region Graz Bergland Strengthening Projects with EU Funding

A separate local working group, or LAG for short, was started in each Leader region to undertake projects in the Leader region to promote the projects. The program promotes innovative projects in different areas of life, from culture and social issues to agriculture, youth, education and tourism to energy, climate protection, nature conservation and the economy. The funding program is also active in the mountains of Graz. It is used to encourage people in the area, in the six member communities, to actively voice their opinions. The communities that are members contribute their own money to processing. Four areas of action are identified.
