Oscar Andrés Flores Ramírez, The moles, became one of the leaders of The Union of Tepito thanks to his high degree of violence and influence in groups of narcomenudists, of which he is the main distributor. He is originally from the Peralvillo neighborhood and was born on October 5, 1989; since childhood he wanted to be “the best in his neighborhood”.
