The purpose of the Journal of Medicine and Public Health (MSP) during its 15 years of history has been to inform, educate and be at the forefront of the most relevant issues of medical science in Puerto Rico, Latin America and the world. To this end, MSP has established itself as a leader in the live broadcasts on facebook where scientific, investigative and documentary journalism has predominated.
This communication medium of Puerto Rican origin has been cataloged as one of the favorites of the Puerto Rican population due to the fact that the digital channel programs, news advances and specialized programs keep this community informed in a dynamic, precise and interesting way.

In the era of web 2.0, paid reach is one of the most effective methods to get views and visits. However, the scope of the facebook lives of the Medicine and Public Health Journal (MSP) are totally organic.
In the year 2020 in the multiple videos that are published daily, MSP has added almost three million reproductions. These statistics show that this journalistic house is the forerunner of live broadcasts.
