The Halloween season arrives and with it, the spooky horror theater ‘No Nos Dejes Caer En Tentación’ at the Santafé Theater, located on Calle 57 #17-13 in Bogotá.
This terrifying work, written and directed by Alexander Rojas, promises to take the viewer on a journey full of suspense, despair, fear and darkness.
The plot centers on a peculiar and orthodox exorcism carried out by Father Duran, played by Alexander Rojas, a 48-year-old man with a history of abuse and a deep commitment to the word of God. Tension and drama unfold as he battles demonic forces and his own traumatic history.

The entire story came about thanks to the creativity of Alexander Rojas, a man who from a very young age was attracted to dramatic and paranormal themes.
“I was always fascinated by this whole world of terror, of the suspense of the paranormal, so I think that’s where I got into and it’s because I’m a very big fan of all things horror, so when you see a lot of these stories you start to create your own thoughts.” their own,” Rojas added.

This is a horror story brought to the theater, something that doesn’t happen very often, as some comedy stories are always told that catch the audience’s attention.
Therefore, taking advantage of the October season, these actors come together to give a paranormal touch and scare their audience.
“We came up with horror theater, I think not much is done because it is complex, the most difficult thing about doing horror theater is doing live special effects, making people really feel scared,” said the interpreter of ‘Father They last.

Along with the protagonist, the cast includes Zoraida Duque as Ivanna Gómez, a psychology student who is about to graduate and who faces terrifying situations.

Entering a character with ‘demonic possessions’ was not easy for her, so she decided to let go of everything when she got home to avoid having external burdens. “At one point there are some dramatic, super strong charges where we obviously played on nerves. The pressure and that is the most difficult thing to sustain,” added the young woman.
Simone Erazo plays Eliana Martínez, a police officer and investigator with an authoritarian and distrustful personality. Diana Bolaños plays Rosalba De Duran, the evil spirit of Father Duran’s mother, who constantly torments him.
Each of the actors enters the ideal character to create an atmosphere of suspense, where all people feel the pressure and fear of the situation they are experiencing. For this reason, they invite people to go to the theater, support art and live this horror story with them, but without expecting anything to be surprised on the scene.

“Since it is October and we are in the month of terror, what better way than to come and have a fun, enjoyable time supporting Colombian art and obviously leaving scared after knowing the whole story,” Eliana added.
The performances of this horror play will take place from October 12 to November 16, every Thursday at 8:00 pm at the Santafé Theater. Horror film lovers will find in this theatrical experience a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the genre in an intense and chilling way.
