The schedule of “Le Città in Festa” offers numerous events every week, distributed among the six municipalities. Here is a selection of the main initiatives scheduled from November 29th to December 5th.
- “The unique rehabilitation path in progressive disabling neurological diseases”, a conference to frame the treatment path of patients suffering from neurological diseases in a continuum from diagnosis to rehabilitation. Friday 29 November at the Rama pavilion of the Ospedale dell’Angelo in Mestre. Read the news
- The Christmas Village of Dese, two weekends including a Christmas market, food stand, games and shows for children. Appointment on the weekends of November 30th-December 1st and December 7th-8th at the Nativity of Mary parish. Read the news
- On Saturday 30 November and Sunday 1 December via Manin will light up with “Waiting for Christmas”. Christmas market of handmade objects and locally produced gastronomic products. Read the news
- Saturday 30 November new Art Show exhibition – Colors in the city. The Mestre painters of the La Torre association will show their works in via Palazzo. Read the news
- The 18th edition of the “Ca’ Sabbioni Christmas Markets” will be held on Sunday 1 December. Charity initiative in support of Families and Abilities, an association that supports children with autism and cognitive disabilities and their families. Read the news
- Sunday 1 December last show of the Autumn Theater Festival organized by the “La Malcontenta” Group Cultural Association. At the Sant’Ilario Theater the company “I Giullari di Corte” stages the comedy “El cemetery poe spetare”. Read the news
- “Lagoon pilgrimages”, Luciano Bettini’s photographic exhibition tells the story of fishing and the environment in the Fusina area. From Sunday 1st to Sunday 8th December in the Sala Palazzo della Provvederia in Mestre. Read the news
- “Advent in Music”, four concerts in Venice in the Church of San Trovaso. It begins on Sunday 1 December with a performance by the organist Viviana Romoli and the trumpeter Calogero Contino. Read the news
- From 1 December to 6 January the exhibition San Francesco, alter Christus. 800 years after the impression of the stigmata in vintage prints and holy cards” in the San Francesco della Vigna Library. A celebration of the figure of Saint Francis of Assisi through engravings, sacred images and holy cards. Read the news
- Wednesday 4 December second appointment of the cycle “Italy towards the end of the 20th century”. At the Candiani Felice Galatioto and Vincenzo Guanci hold the conference “The 80s, television beyond RAI”. Read the news
