At the LDB Group, Doris Gietl takes on the newly created position of “Head of Business Development and Marketing”. In the future, the manager will be responsible for the central control of the entire customer life cycle, said the technology service provider in Berlin. The new area forms the interface between product development and product management, the internal processes at the dealership customers and LDB marketing.
“We are pleased to have in Doris Gietl a distinguished and highly respected expert for the complex tasks of the Head of Business Development and Marketing”, said company boss Karsten Noss. Most recently, the businesswoman for dialogue marketing headed the LDB Customer Care Center in Deggendorf for ten years, where she was responsible for the entire operational management of the employees.
According to Noss, Gietl is a specialist for automotive system landscapes (dealer management systems, CRM systems, workshop planners) as well as for knowledge management and quality management. She has detailed knowledge of the processes in automotive companies and has a “feel for real customer needs and the market situation”.
LDB is a provider of customer communication and customer relationship management in the auto trade. The family company was founded in 1973 and is considered a pioneer in the digitization of the automotive industry.
