TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Cases of child maltreatment of officials Directorate General of TaxesMario Dandy Satriyo, against D, the son of GP Ansor management, is currently being discussed by the public.
D’s legal team stated that they had not filed a police report against AGH, the young woman who was said to be his lover Mario Dandy Satriyo. “We have not made a police report against AGH,” said LBH Ansor representative, M. Hamzah, when contacted TempoThursday, 23 February 2023.
This abuse case started when AGH confessed to Mario Dandy Satriyo that he had received inappropriate treatment from D. AGH then sent a text message asking D to meet him under the pretext of returning his student card. D replied that he was at his colleague’s house.
After learning of D’s whereabouts, Mario and his colleagues allegedly approached the victim in a luxury Jeep Rubicon car to ask for clarification. However, the meeting ended in persecution.
The video of the persecution also circulated on social media and AGH was said to have recorded it. LBH Ansor is reluctant to speculate on this matter. “Regarding the video of the persecution, we don’t know who exactly recorded it,” said Hamzah.
Hamzah said that LBH Ansor had fully handed over to the police the recording and distribution of the video of the persecution of D by Mario Dandy Satriyo. “We leave it to investigators so that it can be developed,” said Hamzah.
Investigators handling this case are still examining a number of witnesses, including AGH. “Today AGH is being examined again,” said South Jakarta Police Public Relations Section Head Adjunct Commissioner Nurma Dewi when contacted today.
Regarding the victim’s condition, Hamzah said D was still unconscious and under medical treatment. “Still unconscious,” he said.
Mario Dandy Satriyo’s Father Apologizes
Mario Dandy Satriyo’s parents, Rafael Alun Trisambodo, apologized for the behavior of his son who ganged up on D, 17 years old, the son of GP Ansor administrators. The official at the Directorate General of Taxes admits that his son made a mistake.
“I realize that my son’s actions were wrong, causing harm to others, disappointing, and causing uproar in the community,” said Rafael in a short video shared by the special staff of the Minister of Finance, Yustinus Prastowo, Thursday, February 23, 2023.
Rafael Alun Trisambodo said that the beating was a personal matter for his family. He stated that he was ready to follow all the ongoing legal processes.
Regarding his wealth, which reaches Rp. 56 billion and is questioned by the public, Rafael said he would provide clarification. “I am ready to participate in all inspection activities by the inspectorate general of the ministry of finance,” he said.
