Cristiano Ronaldo absent from the match Portugal vs Croatia at the event UEFA Nations League. On the player bench, CR7 seemed lazy to wear a mask until he was busy eating bananas.
Ronaldo was not played by Portugal in the inaugural match of the UEFA Nations League Group A3. When entertaining Croatia at the Estadio do Dragao, Sunday (6/9/2020) in the morning WIB, CR7 was only on the player bench.
In the empty stadium stands, Ronaldo is still under the spotlight on many cameras. Many funny moments were seen from the owner of the 5 Ballon d’Or.
One of them was when Ronaldo was admonished for not wearing a mask. When he was engrossed in watching the match while stretching out, the 35-year-old was visited by a woman.
Apparently, the woman admonished Ronaldo to wear his mask. The Juventus attacker complied and wore his mask.
There is also Ronaldo looks not wearing his mask properly. Instead of using it, he chewed his protector when he was engrossed in celebrating his partner’s goal.
Another story when Ronaldo tried to fill boredom on the bench. The former Sporting Lisbon, Manchester United and Real Madrid player was about to eat a banana.
When he was opening the skin and had cut a small part of the banana, unfortunately the banana fell. Ronaldo did not eat it, and immediately threw it away. Ronaldo then prefers to drink on the bench.
Portugal itself won 4-1 over Croatia. The goals of Fernando Santos’ foster children were scored by Joao Cancelo, Diogo Jota, Joao Felix and Andre Silva, which Croatia replied once through Bruno Petkovic.
Ronaldo missed this match because of an infection in his toe. His condition is still in doubt to be able to fight Sweden in the second match of Group A3, Wednesday (9/9/2020) in the morning WIB.
