Lazio and Chelsea perfect, Anderlecht in the game, the Union behind: the ratings in the Europa League and Conference

The halfway point has already been reached this Thursday afternoon in the Europa League and the Conference League so it is already time for the first assessments.

Only two teams have total points: Lazio (12/12) in the Europa League and Chelsea (9/9) in the Conference League.

On the Belgian side, luck is different. Anderlecht are still in a good position in the top 8 in Europe despite their misstep in Latvia. With 10 points, the Mauves are in fifth place. Union Saint-Gilloise, the other Belgian club that entered the Europa League, is in 30th place out of 36 teams that entered with just 2 points. But the Unions are only 2 points from the 24th qualifying place for the play-offs.

In the Conference League, La Gantoise with 6 points and Cercle with 4 points are 13th and 15th respectively so they are currently qualified for the playoffs.

At the level of the big clubs, Lazio, Ajax and Totteham are in the top 8 and Manchester United will have to work hard even if the Red Devils won this Thursday. AS Roma (5 points), Porto (4 points), Real Sociedad (4 points) and Nice (2 points) are also in trouble and undoubtedly need to focus on the playoffs.
