The Department of Justicein union to the office of the Prosecutor of Mayagüez, filed criminal charges against Kevin Joel Hernandez Ruiz, Julio A. Aragon Fred and Jesus O. Against Hernandez Ruiz (28 years), Aragonese Fred (23) and Medina Ruiz (30) weigh allegations of murder from a moving vehicle, conspiracy, possession, and use of a firearm, illegal carrying of weapons, possession of ammunition and place at risk the safety of persons to shoot a gun.
Hernandez Ruiz and Medina Ruiz are of Añasco, while Aragonese Fred resides in Mayagüez.
The judge Angie Acosta Irizarry, the Court of First Instance of Mayagüez, determined cause in all the charges and imposed a bail of $7.2 million, which is not provided.
