“While Judge Chutkan may indeed intend to provide President Trump with a fair trial – and may believe she can do so – her public statements inevitably distort that process, regardless of the outcome,” Trump’s lawyers wrote.

He continued: “You need to change venues.” We need a new judge. We have to win in 2024 to stop this crazy nonsense.
