Regarding the vaccination requirement, the lawyer explained that the vaccine is one of the means of survival in modern society. He referred to a case before the European Court of Human Rights, where a Czech kindergarten demanded mandatory vaccination of all children with long-established vaccines. The court ruled in favor of the kindergarten.

“Of course, there is a big difference about this new situation, where infectologists, epidemiologists are the gateway. They have the right to explain how these vaccines are the same or different. Vaccination as such is one of the means of survival in modern society. There is no more discussion about it. The question is about this particular vaccine, and many lawyers now raise the issue, saying that we know too little about it, so it is “experimental.” “Children are not subjected to such vaccine experiments.
