Tasks
- Advice and legal support to members and colleagues in all matters of banking law (particularly in the areas of credit and securities)
- Analysis and evaluation of securities transactions as well as advice on new regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with stock exchange regulations and capital market laws
- Risk hedging and minimization of credit or securities market risks
- Accompanying projects to implement new regulatory requirements
- Preparation and review of legal opinions, contracts and draft contracts
- Communication and negotiation with internal and external partners as well as cross-departmental collaboration on various projects
- Conducting training on credit and securities law issues to minimize legal risks and ensure internal compliance
Requirements
- Completed legal or economic studies
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- In-depth knowledge of national and international regulatory requirements in the area of banking law
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
- High level of analytical skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
We offer
Annual gross salary from € 60,000 gross depending on professional qualifications and experience.
