Lawyer Reveals Hysterical Brio Passenger When Fortuner Driver’s Car Crashes

The Honda Brio car that went berserk Fortuner driver in Senopati, South Jakarta, is a taxi car online who are carrying passengers. The passengers of the Brio car were called hysterical when the car was hit by the perpetrator.

“The woman with the initials H, is from Senopati in-pickup. That’s why women are hysterical too, it’s called a girl, hysterical ‘Already, Ma’am, don’t go out. later danger’, blind,” said Manda Berinandus, legal authority driver Brio car, when contacted Monday (13/2/2023).

Manda also hopes that the police will thoroughly investigate the case. According to him, there is threat element which is done by GR.

“The article is vandalism, the article is vandalism. I didn’t come at the time of the incident yesterday, so I come finished BAP,” he said.

“I do hope that developed, don’t just destroy it, it’s a threat to life. My client driver,” he added.

Furthermore, if the police charge GR with vandalism, he will report back GR with threats.

“If later the process goes up to only the vandalism article, maybe we will submit a new report. So we appreciate it so far, we’ll see,” he said.

They are currently focusing on current cases. However, Manda said that his party would really appreciate it if the police included the threatening article in the case.

“If there is development, we appreciate investigators. If there is no possibility of submitting a new report, the process will focus on this one first,” he concluded.

As known, Fortuner car opposite direction in Senopati, South Jakarta, was even angry when the driver of the Honda Brio, AW, reprimanded him. The driver went berserk and damaged the Honda Brio car.

This case was then reported by the Brio driver to the South Jakarta Metro Police. Currently the case has been escalated to the stage of investigation.
