Tegucigalpa – The lawyer René Adán Tomé presented this Thursday three briefs against Salvador Nasralla in the National Electoral Council (CNE).
He explained that one of the three briefs consists of an early dispatch of an administrative complaint filed in March of this year in which Nasralla did not carry out the internal process of the Salvador Party of Honduras (PSH).
Tomé denounced that the CNE has not resolved and shelved the complaint to favor Nasralla for being a member of the Freedom and Refoundation Party.
He pointed out that the second letter is against Nasralla for continuing to state that he is the president of the PSH.
“He has already resigned and was already registered by this National Electoral Council as a member of Libre on the presidential roster,” he said.
On the other hand, he indicated that the third document is aimed at demanding that the CNE comply with what is dictated by the Electoral Court of Justice (TJE), on the integration of the lists of the departments of Cortés and Choluteca.
