Our Financial Services Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Practice is active nationally and internationally in all relevant areas of commercial law. We focus on the financial services industry and support our clients in the full range of legal and regulatory issues. Interesting topics await you from day one.
Your main tasks
- Exciting project work at the interface between business, law and technology
- Handling complex legal issues for national and international clients in the financial services sector with a focus on “Data/Digital” (data protection law, IT law, artificial intelligence, etc.)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in a dynamic and varied working environment with our customers’ pulse
- Direct interaction with customers
Your skills
- Master’s degree in law from a Swiss university
- Attorney license and/or further training such as dissertation / LL.M. is an advantage
- A must: willingness to perform, determination and the desire to specialize in the financial market. A plus: work experience in the areas of data protection law, IT law and “digital” in general. Experience in insurance supervisory law or the insurance sector is also an advantage.
