Lawyer Olivia Nathania Opens Up About Cooperation with Prosecutors

Jakarta

The victim’s attorney, Odie Hudiyanto, accused the suspect of test fraud civil servant fictitious, Olivia Nathania, in cooperation with the prosecutor. Olivia’s lawyer, Susan Agustina, spoke about the cooperation.

Susan said that on March 10, her party wanted to return Rp 15 million to one of the victims, EP. The request was submitted to the panel of judges.

“The chairman of the panel of judges asked for a substitute clerk to be recorded, our request as attorney and the chairman of the panel of judges still asked for a hearing on Monday, March 14, the agenda of the prosecutor’s demands. Even if we pay technically to the EP, it will be submitted in the plea,” Susan said to detik.comSunday (13/3/2022).

On March 11, Susan contacted EP to request proof of transfer to Olivia. This is because EP, said Susan, could not show proof of the transfer during the trial.

“(Olivia) asked for EP’s account number because Olivia has good intentions to return the money. And EP said that the proof of transfer and account had been submitted to her attorney (Desi),” continued Susan.

Desi as EP’s attorney, conveyed that the transfer evidence had been submitted to the prosecutor. Because of this, Susan contacted a prosecutor named Yoklina to ask for proof of the transfer.

“I as Oi’s attorney (Olivia’s nickname) has the right to ask for the evidence and the prosecutor will send it via WA chat. We will send this evidence to Mrs. Desi, this is proof of the transfer. We asked for the EP account number according to the transfer via BNI. But Mrs. Desi said send just to us as a lawyer or to his sister’s account. Finally, we asked for the account number of EP’s attorney who is responsible for this case. So far it has not been sent, “said Susan.

Susan assessed that EP’s attorney made it difficult for Olivia’s good intentions to pay compensation. Later, Olivia will put it in a plea with evidence of a WA chat.

“So regarding Oi’s attorney, there is cooperation with the prosecutor, only regarding the evidence for the transfer of EP that we requested. And regarding the payment plan to EP, it has been submitted in court and is open to the public. So Mr. Odie (the victim’s attorney, EP) don’t make opinions and fabrications and slander as if Oi’s attorney is cooperating with the prosecutor so that Oi’s charges are light,” he continued.

“Odie is a cowboy lawyer, his writings are just assumptions, he speaks as good as his brain, without legal arguments that are relevant to the subject of the case,” he concluded.

Accused of Cooperation with Prosecutors

The victim’s attorney, Odie Hudiyanto, suspected that Olivia was cooperating with the prosecutor. This was known when Oi’s lawyer, Olivia’s nickname, made a call with the victim’s initials EP.

“Yes, his attorney Oi violated the code of ethics. He already knows that EP has a lawyer, secondly he has coordinated with the prosecutor. The prosecutor’s position should be on the side of the victim, not on the side of the perpetrator. This is important to investigate,” said Odie Hudiyanto to journalists, Saturday (12/3/2022).

The following is Susan’s voice recorded by Odie to reporters:

This is Mrs. Susan, Olivia’s attorney. Now you send me proof of transfer to Olivia. After that, send your account number that you transferred. I will send it later. Don’t talk to your attorney. We’ll return the money later. Don’t say anything, you’ll be charged again. This is from the family who wants to return the money, from Mrs. Nia. Now send it. Don’t talk too much to others, don’t worry. The important thing is that you are safe, your money is back. The others have been paid, but don’t talk to the lawyer, just be quiet. Don’t tell me to call, it’s not important. The important thing is that you are safe. I have coordinated with the prosecutor earlier. I want to clean up what you have. Well, you don’t, the others don’t. Send yes.
