part-time in the area of corporate law.
Since 2015, our law firm has been advising founders and entrepreneurs on all legal issues relating to their company. During this time, the law firm has actively supported many thousands of corporate law cases.

Your activity:
- Advising our clients – in person, by telephone and by email – particularly on the following topics:
- Founding
- resolution
- Reputation protection
- Trademark law
- AGB
- Preparation of partnership agreements, trademark registrations, warnings, etc.
- Attendance at court or other appointments
