We are looking for you for our office in Cologne as Lawyer (m/f/d) real estate law / private construction law.

Your tasks

• You will advise our domestic and foreign clients comprehensively on real estate law and private construction law
• You oversee major projects (construction projects in Germany and abroad) throughout the entire development and life cycle of a property
• From the investment considerations to the purchase, financing, planning, construction and use to the sale and beyond during construction following the award of construction services, you are available to advise our clients on all real estate law issues
• You represent our clients both in and out of court
• You carry out due diligence checks in the context of real estate transactions and draft property purchase and commercial space rental contracts as well as construction contracts

Your skills

• You did an excellent job on your exams
• You have at least two to three years of professional experience in real estate law and private construction law
• You have a good interpersonal and tactical sense for your discussion and negotiation partners
• You have experience in court proceedings
• You have good knowledge of English
• You are a team player, have good communication skills and think strategically
