Lawyer (m/f/d) real estate law / business law / insolvency law (advice)

Your tasks
- Comprehensive advice and support for our clients in real estate law (real estate transactions), commercial law and insolvency law issues, especially at the interfaces between the respective legal areas
- Preparation and review of draft contracts, in particular rental and property purchase agreements for commercial properties
- Representing our clients in court and out-of-court proceedings
- Conducting in-depth research on current developments and case law
- Close collaboration in an experienced team of lawyers and business economists
Your profile
- Successfully completed law studies with two solid state legal examinations
- Ideally, previous knowledge of insolvency law or real estate law, but not absolutely necessary
- Strong interest and understanding of business contexts
- Willingness for continuous training and personal commitment
- Independent and at the same time team-oriented way of working
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Confident communication skills and negotiation skills
