Your tasks
- You advise our national and international clients in the field of medical law / health care and support them in solving complex legal issues
- One focus of your work is in the area of regulatory affairs: Here, as a competent contact, you advise outpatient and inpatient acute care providers as well as rehabilitation and nursing facilities on regulatory issues, e.g. concerning the provision of services (hospital law, contract doctor law and professional law), billing, licensing law and structural measures
- You will have direct client contact from the outset, supervise and coordinate parts of a project and smaller projects independently and thus assume your own responsibility at an early stage
- For experienced colleagues, we offer the opportunity to be involved in the management and control of larger projects and to take responsibility for complex mandates. You can further expand your specialist knowledge and actively contribute to the development of innovative solutions in the future-oriented field of medical law
What you bring with you
- You have completed your exams with above-average results and would like to contribute your legal know-how in a dynamic environment
- You already have at least two years of experience in medical law. You use your experience to provide clients with comprehensive and competent advice
- Ideally, you have experience in project-related legal advice and enjoy taking on responsibility and looking after clients independently
- You are characterized by a high degree of initiative, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team and are willing to continuously develop yourself and to familiarize yourself with complex subject areas
- You use your excellent English skills confidently in communication with international clients and are able to present complex issues precisely
