Your tasks:
- Responsible for handling legal questions in private and corporate insolvency cases
- Supporting insolvency administration through legal expertise during ongoing proceedings
- Carrying out processes and conflict resolution within the context of insolvency proceedings
- Preparation and representation in civil law proceedings
- Negotiations with various parties involved in the process
- Contract drafting and review
- Processing of legal correspondence
Your profile:
- Successfully completed state examinations
- Initial professional experience in insolvency law is an advantage
- Knowledge of business processes, bookkeeping and accounting
- Experienced use of MS Office packages and legal databases
- Experience with bankruptcy law programs is an advantage
