Our client is a commercial law firm with a notary office specializing in corporate and real estate transactions. We represent national and international clients, investors, family businesses and private clients.

YOU should join the firm as a lawyer (m/f/d) as soon as possible!

THE TASKS
– Independent handling of mandates in corporate and real estate law
– Advice and representation of clients in legal matters
– Preparation of contracts, reports and written documents
– Participation in negotiations and court hearings
– Active participation in shaping corporate legal structures

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
– Full-time lawyer (m/f/d) with completed legal traineeship and admission as a lawyer (m/f/d)
– Expertise in corporate and real estate law
– Professional experience is an advantage, young professionals with appropriate qualifications are also welcome
– Fluent German and English skills
– Analytical and solution-oriented working method
