Your actions

• You support and represent corporations, medium-sized companies and investors from home and abroad in national and international restructuring, company acquisitions and joint ventures as well as corporate law focused projects.
• You work in a dedicated team and are used to taking on your own responsibility at an early stage
• You will coordinate parts of a project independently and will be in direct contact with clients

Your skills

• You already have two to four years of professional experience in corporate law
• You have completed your exams above average and have a deep understanding of economics
• Ideally, you will have deepened your knowledge of corporate law by completing a doctorate
• You are communicative and have excellent English skills
