As part of a dedicated, interdisciplinary team, you will advise family businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients on a wide variety of issues relating to corporate law and corporate succession. In addition to providing advice on the design, your areas of responsibility include, in particular, conducting litigation before state courts and arbitral tribunals. You are also the contact person for complex restructuring, both nationally and internationally.
