The lawyer Raúl Cadena Lozano, identified as one of the alleged orchestrators of the escape of former congresswoman Aida Merlano, continues to seek to be called for questioning by the Prosecutor’s Office. In his desire to clarify his participation in the case, the lawyer filed a guardianship that has been supported by the Superior Court of Bogotá.
The protection presented by Cadena Lozano has led the Superior Court of Bogotá to order the Prosecutor’s Office to deliver copies of the complaint that gave rise to the investigation into the alleged participation of three lawyers in the escape of Aida Merlano, as well as the certified copies made by the Supreme Court of Justice.
