Her new crush is Māris Gunārs Dzenis, a mathematics teacher much younger than her, and the two met at the “Manieres” ballroom dance school, where Māris works as a teacher at the same time.
“Neither he nor I were looking for anything at that moment, and this is the most beautiful thing. Maris is not a public person, not at all related to politics, advertising, social media. And for him, the advertising that comes with me is … a big challenge,” says Brante. “But he is smart and brave. And so he’s my man.
Ieva values the age difference between the two as an added value: “We are lucky”.
