The German Lawyers’ Association is looking for its office as soon as possible
in Berlin a Lawyer or Volljurist (m/w/d).
The position is part-time.
Her area of responsibility includes in particular
- the representation of the legal right in the office
- the supervision of the committees of the DAV for professional law, legal services law as well as legal ethics and legal culture
- participation in opinions and projects
- monitoring and active participation in the promotion of legislative projects
- maintaining specialist contacts with ministries, chambers and associations, but also with law firms
- advising members on legal matters
- the creative participation and development of member services
- Preparation and follow-up of committee meetings (including taking minutes)
your profile
They have
- successfully passed two state examinations in law
- already professional experience as a lawyer and/or in an association, a professional chamber
you have
- a keen sense of the law in all its breadth, which is fed by their theoretical and practical experience
- Strong conceptual strength and analytical thinking skills
- the ability to quickly familiarize yourself – even with questions you are unfamiliar with
- Ability to work in a team, communication skills, reliability, sense of responsibility, high level of initiative, an independent way of working
- a strong service orientation
