He also said that the case “Easier to defend is that of the mother” from the former minister because she has 88 years and she had to be vaccinated within the Phase 0.
He stated that this stage corresponds to a “pilot plan” that would allow the government “Identify errors”.
In that sense, he indicated that, although the fact might not like the citizenship, at Zevallos case there is no illicit that is typified in the Penal Code or that causes a imprisonment.
