The request against the legal professional was presented by Yeni Berenice Reynoso, director of Prosecution of the Attorney General’s Office, who asked the judge that the decision to intervene be notified to the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic (CARD), for the corresponding purposes. .
Berenice Reynoso also accused the jurist of hindering the judicial process so that the accusation was not read, of disrespect for the judge, which is why she asked the court to punish him for his way of litigating.
He said that his “delaying tactics” are sponsored by former prosecutor Jean Alain Rodríguez, the main person involved in the case.
