According to Castillo, the brief seeks to know if Commissioner Recinos has statements from the State in her estate pending to present or if there is an active or dead investigation.
Castillo reiterated that the accusations against Commissioner Recinos lack support and evidence; In this sense, briefs have been submitted to different instances to demonstrate that there are no proceedings against the represented party.
“We have already received responses from some institutions, in which they accepted that there is absolutely nothing. I speak for their position of national institutions ”, affirmed Castillo.
