“I want to inform you that regarding the events that the first lieutenant Sanoja did, I am going to exercise all the legal actions allowed in this country so that justice is done and these shameful deeds are not repeated any more ”, He stated in a video that he published in social networks in which it is observed with a cervical collar.

The legal professional was arrested in Barquisimeto on June 23 after trying to record how GNB officials allegedly collected fines outside the law, among which was First Lieutenant Palmera Sanoja, who attacked, beat and savagely wounded her, until subjecting her to the asphalt, causing her a head injury that caused sutures, as well as other multiple injuries, as seen in a video that became viral on social media immature and caused a wave of rejection against said action that violated her civil rights and human.
Likewise, Dr. Leal, who was detained for more than 24 hours, stated that while she was imprisoned, she was constantly threatened.
