Invercorp investors announced that this Wednesday they will file before the State Comptroller General’s Office, the discharge of a liability lawsuit against Carlos Gustavo Rodríguez Cruz, agent of the Public Ministry who is handling the case, for allegedly getting rid of evidence to point out a criminal association who they consider are the participants in the fraud they reported since last April.
The savers’ lawyer, Salvador Rincón Iglesias, reported that someone from the Public Ministry is filtering the progress of the investigation process to the counterpart, and there are not even subpoenas or they have wanted to bother them to unburden the entire process.
He explained that the savers themselves showed that the contracts were signed by all those who are accused of the crime of fraud and it was the official himself who was in charge of eliminating enough to avoid the exercise of criminal action under the guarantee conditions of who will take charge of repairing the damage.
He assured that in addition to the complaint that will be asserted before the control judge who will take the case already prosecuted, he will promote the judgment of responsibilities against the agent of the public prosecutor before the head of the state comptroller general, Oscar Alarcón Guerrero, by the various omissions that it was within his hands to resolve.
