What to expect
- Comprehensive legal advice for corporate customers and their financial products (primarily financing, credit agreements, security agreements, guarantee transactions, leasing, etc.)
- Participation in multidisciplinary projects mainly in the corporate customer area
- Participation in the expansion of new business areas and the launch of new products, including in connection with digital initiatives
- Drafting and negotiating complex contracts, sometimes in cooperation with external commercial law firms
What are you bringing with you?
- Swiss bar license
- min. 3 – 5 years of professional experience from the time you were admitted to the bar
- Experience in the financing area, an advantage in corporate customer business as well as in editing and negotiating contracts
- Enjoy working independently and taking on responsibility, assertiveness
- Working language German, good knowledge of English is required
- Place of work: St. Gallen and/or Zurich as well as home office option
