for the area of ​​corporate law / M&A

Your area of ​​responsibility:

• Corporate legal advice on M&A transactions and joint ventures (private, institutional, private equity)
• Advice to German and foreign companies and entrepreneurs on corporate and general contract law issues
• Drafting and negotiation of partnership agreements and shareholder agreements
• Advice on complex restructuring of corporate groups
• Support in ongoing corporate law advice for start-ups, family businesses, listed companies or strategic investors

Your profile

What you bring with you:

• Completed law studies with above-average exam results
• Ideally up to two years of professional experience in corporate law / M&A
• Very good language skills in German and English
• Strong understanding of complex commercial law issues
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary contexts and teamwork
• Solution-oriented approach and personal commitment
