Your tasks
- Establishment and restructuring of companies, foundations and trusts.
- Advising national and international clients in all areas of corporate and contract law.
- Collaboration on cross-border transactions (M&A and finance).
- Advising banks, insurance companies, issuers, asset managers, fiduciary service providers and FinTech service providers in all areas of capital market law (including compliance).
- Advising national and international clients on foundation and trust law.
your profile
- A successfully passed bar exam in Liechtenstein, Austria or Switzerland.
- Very good German and English skills.
- High goal orientation, flexibility and commitment.
- High degree of team spirit, customer and service orientation.
- Willingness to work your way into new areas of law.
- If necessary, additional qualifications such as business studies or professional experience in an international law firm.
