No links in
Monroy case
The lawyer who committed suicide yesterday morning had no relation to the fraud committed against Altos Hornos de México, where he worked in the Human Resources area.
“So much so that he had no links in the fraud case, which was still active in Altos Hornos de México, he did witness the process against the former Director of Human Resources Fernando Monroy, but he was not related to the financial impact against the steel company” consulted sources indicated.
They indicated that in the matter of the lawyer Daniel Omar Alcalá, 45 years old, he did not participate in any way in the blow to AHMSA’s finances presumably orchestrated by Fernando Monroy, Germán Cepeda and others who are separated from their positions at high levels of the Human Resources area of the steel company.
They denied the rumors that emerged on digital platforms where they indicated that Alcalá was one of those involved in the fraud.
