Trainer Dick Advocaat has made some changes for Feyenoord’s game against FC Emmen on Sunday afternoon. Goalkeeper Justin Bijlow is missing and is replaced by Nick Marsman.
The 22-year-old Bijlow has according to Rijnmond suffered from a knee injury he sustained in Thursday’s Europa League match against Wolfsberger (1-4). For thirty-year-old Marsman, it will be his first minutes of this season in the Feyenoord shirt.
Furthermore left back Ridgeciano Haps starts on the bench. His place is taken by Tyrell Malacia. Compared to the duel with Wolfsberger, Eric Botteghin and Lutsharel Geertruida have also been referred to the bank. Uros Spajic and Luciano Narsingh are their replacements.
Mark Diemers does not start as a left winger but in midfield, together with Jens Toornstra and Orkun Kökçü. The attack consists of captain Steven Berghuis, Bryan Linssen and Narsingh.
The duel between FC Emmen and Feyenoord at De Oude Meerdijk starts at 2.30 p.m. and is led by referee Björn Kuipers.
