The legal power of beauticians Richard Lee, Razman Arif Nasution called his client already suspect cases of violations of the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) at Polda Metro Jaya.
Razman said the case at Polda Metro was reported by a reporter named Kartika Putri.
Richard Lee today forcibly invited investigators. Razman admitted that he was surprised by the pick -up because it was not notified to him as a lawyer.
In addition, Razman said, so far there has been no notification about the status of his client’s suspect.
“My client does not have the status of a suspect. There has been no notification of the suspect, either to me or to my client,” said Razman at Richard’s residence in Palembang, Wednesday (11/8) afternoon.
But when Richard Lee was forcibly picked up, there was a caller to the suspect’s appointment letter.
“Suddenly they were brought to mention this letter, mentioning the suspect’s letter. Here it was signed by the Dirkrimsus. I have never received a letter that was immediately made a suspect,” said Razman.
Razman admits that Richard is currently in a lawsuit with the artist Kartika Putri. Richard was reported by Kartika Putri with defamation and was charged with the ITE Law.
According to Razman, Richard Lee also reported Kartika Putri to the South Sumatra Police with the ITE Law as well.
Meanwhile, the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Senior Commissioner Yusri Yunus, has not responded to phone calls and questions via messages asking for a statement about this case.
