Join our team as soon as possible as a lawyer / associated partner (m/f/d) in the area of restructuring and insolvency law.
Location: Düsseldorf, Frankfurt or Munich
Your activities:
- Independent mandate management and support of restructuring and insolvency mandates
- Advice to managing directors and board members in crisis situations
- Accompanying self-administration procedures
- Support in financing and financial restructuring of companies
- Execution and settlement of distressed M&A transactions
- Advice and representation of creditors in crisis situations
Your profile:
- Full-time lawyer with at least five years of professional experience in restructuring and insolvency law
- At least a fully satisfactory graded degree as well as sound knowledge and practical experience in the above-mentioned fields of activity
- Experience in large law firms, insolvency administrators’ offices or specialised restructuring boutiques is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Experience in independent mandate management and development
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
- Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in actively acquiring new mandates
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to strategically develop the restructuring and insolvency law division
