The judge of Control and Guarantees of Las Termas, Diego Vittar, ordered the arrest and hospitalization in a private clinic of a lawyer, whose wife, also a lawyer, accuses him of assaulting her, grabbing her by the neck and yelling at her: “You are a p… You ruined my life.”
According to the presentation, the lawyer rested at her home in Villa Nueva over the weekend. Around 6 the lawyer arrived and woke her up. In apparent drunkenness, she would have yelled at him that her neighbor confided in her that she does not love him and she is only by her side because of their common child.
As the lawyer yelled, his wife locked herself in the bathroom and called her neighbor on her cell phone, not quite understanding what her partner was referring to, who kicked the door from outside to break it down.
In seconds, the door fell and the lawyer grabbed his wife’s neck: “You’re a p… You ruined my life,” he would have bellowed. Given the scandal, neighbors arrived and the lawyer took the opportunity to run out into the street, while her six-month-old son was left in the arms of a neighbor. The defendant would also have left behind the complainant, but on the street he would have been contained by a neighbor.
Denounced by his wife, a lawyer requested exemption from prison for the lawyer. The proposal was dismissed yesterday and, in its place, Judge Vittar upheld the arrest request formalized by prosecutor Rafael Zanni. Decompensated, the defendant slept in a clinic last night, detained, and in custody.
