Counselor Adel Al-Shorbagy, head of the Grievances Committee of the Football Association, said that his committee will convene to consider the order of Al-Ahly club player Mahmoud Kahraba, if he is notified, to postpone the consideration of the lawsuit filed by Al-Ahly Club to dissolve the Disciplinary Committee until May 28 for review.
Today, Sunday, the Administrative Court of the State Council decided to postpone the lawsuit filed by lawyer Mohamed Othman, the legal advisor to Al-Ahly Club, to dissolve the Disciplinary, Values and Ethics Committee of the Egyptian Football Association. After issuing a penalty against Mahmoud Kahraba, the Al-Ahly player, by suspending him for 12 matches and fining him one million pounds for the May 28th session for viewing.
Al-Shorbagy added to Masrawy, on Sunday: It is not possible to predict the player’s fate from the implementation of the penalty except by meeting the committee after notifying us.
Counselor Mohamed Othman, a lawyer in cassation, filed a lawsuit on behalf of Mahmoud Al-Khatib, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Ahly Club, during the last period, to dissolve the Disciplinary, Values and Ethics Committee of the Egyptian Football Association. After issuing a penalty against Mahmoud Kahraba, Al-Ahly player, by suspending him for 12 matches and fining him one million pounds.
On May 1, the Egyptian Football Association announced the decisions of the Appeal Committee (Grievances), headed by Adel Al-Shorbagy, regarding the grievances submitted by Al-Ahly and its player Mahmoud Abdel Moneim “Kahraba” and Zamalek and its president.
The Appeal Committee decided to stop considering the grievances submitted by Al-Ahly, Kahraba, Zamalek, and its president regarding the penalties of the Disciplinary Committee until May 14, until the administrative judiciary decided the case by appealing against the appointment of the Disciplinary Committee.
